Parkland View Extra Care Scheme

Located at the gateway to the Derwent Valley Mills UNESCO world heritage site and overlooking the River Derwent and Darley Park, this development consists of 82 extra care apartments spread over four stories. All apartments have two bedrooms, a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area and a fully accessible wet-room.

The development also features other facilities, including a courtyard garden, restaurant/café and shop, along with hobby and therapy rooms, laundry room and mobility scooter store with charging points.

Sarah Kingsley

Registered Manager

My name is Sarah, and I am the Registered Manager. I have been working with Key 2 Care Ltd since November 2019, and have been based here at Parkland View.
Prior to this, I have been working in Health and Social Car efor 30 years. My experience includes managing community domiciliary services and working in residential and acute care settings. I have a detailed working knowledge of the complexities of our service and am able to ensure the well-being of the people we support. Our Team at Parkland View are committed to providing outstanding care, which reaches and exceeds people’s needs and expectations.

Ann Razzaque

Care Manager

Hi my name is Ann, and I am the care manager at Parkland View Extra Care Scheme. I have been a Support Worker, Team Leader and now a Care Manager here. so I have a great working knowledge of the scheme, and of the needs and preferences of the people living here.
I have previously supported my own loved ones, which in turn equipped me with a unique perspective of the way people and their relatives like to be supported and cared for.

Abbey Cotterill

Team Leader

Hi, my name is Abbey and I am a Team Leader at Parkland View Extra Care Scheme. In my role I support care staff on shift, and all of the residents at Parkland View.
I love communicating with and supporting others.
In my previous career, I have had experience of working in the Nursing Home sector as a Senior Care Worker and I have completed Lead Management Training, Level 2 in Health and Social Care and have also completed Acute Care training such as taking observations and blood samples.
I am pleased to bring my experience to this role at Parkland View.

Sean Mann

Team Leader

Hi, my name is Sean and I am a Team Leader at Parkland View Extra Care Scheme.
I initially started as a care worker and over time progressed to my current role. I am a natural people person and have a competent knowledge of the varied client group we are supporting.
I am especially interested in working with people who have complex social care needs and I like to see people living well, safe and happy. I have completed a variety of training and development since starting work with the company, including specialist training in PEG and Bolus Feed
