We're delighted to inform you of the Awards and Accreditations that we've gained, as we continually strive for excellence within our service!

ISO9001 Accreditation

Awarded January 2021

This means that our Quality Management System (our business processes focused on consistently meeting customer requirements and enhancing their satisfaction) for Domiciliary car and support services has been independently assessed and accredited by Qualitas Veritas to international standard BS EN ISO 9001:2015.
In real terms our accreditation and the standards we must maintain will help us to have:
Increased efficiency – by implementing processes and procedures which are based on a quality focus.
Greater employee morale – by ensuring that all employees are working to one agenda we can reduce errors and increase productivity.
Factual approach to decision making – ensuring the business decisions we make are beneficial long term by basing them on facts.
Improved record keeping
– as with any management system, ISO 9001 ensures we document your processes from start to finish, helping us to handle customer complaints and improve process efficiency.
Improved customer satisfaction – ensuring we have a feedback system in place which will help us to understand our customers’ needs, identify areas for improvement and reduce wasted resources.
Continuous improvement – using non-conformity reporting and trend analysis, we can identify areas for improvement.

Registered Manager - Derby Domiciliary Care

Hello, my name is Joanne and I am the Registered Manager responsible for overseeing the day to day management of our Derby Domiciliary Service. I have over 20 year's experience in the care sector, in a variety of disciplines and have gained a wealth of knowledge and skills along the way. I have fully founded knowledge of what service users expect from the services available to them and how these should be delivered and always strive to achieve excellent standards in all areas.

Care Manager - Stoke on Trent Domiciliary Care

Hello, my name is Oisin (If you are struggling with that then say washin' without the ‘W’).
I am the Care Manager for our domiciliary service in Stoke-on-Trent, and I have worked here at Key 2 Care since July 2019. We have a fantastic team here and we are very proud of the high-quality service that we provide to our customers. I have done many jobs in my time and have never felt such job satisfaction as I do working in the adult social care sector.

Senior Care Coordinator for Mickleover

Hello, my name is Alysia Kate Barber, AKA ‘Barb’. I am a Senior Care Coordinator at Derbyshire Care services and have been working for DCS for 6 years this year.
My role is very varied, but my main responsibility is to support the other coordinators and create rotas for the Mickleover area.
I enjoy my job and the responsibilities my role brings. I love meeting and speaking with my customers and carers, and always try to provide support to my team in any way I can.

I line manage a team of brilliant carers who I am proud to say are some of the most passionate people I have ever come across.

My name is Akraz Begum and I am the Central and Asian care coordinator for Derbyshire care services. I have now been working for the company for four years and my passion is to deliver excellent customer service, as it brings me great job satisfaction.
I am fluent in Urdu and Punjabi, which enables me to effectively communicate with customers and meet their specific needs. I have been working in care for over 10 years which has built my skills and knowledge to cover my role. I am very passionate about my role at Derbyshire care Services.
