Introducing respite and crisis care

Taking a break from care.

As a family carer, there are times when you need to take a break, perhaps to enjoy an evening or day out, or longer, to go on a short break or a holiday.

You may only need a few hours to attend an appointment or social event. Key 2 Care can provide you with a trained carer to offer you that respite. You can relax safe in the knowledge that your loved one will receive the highest standard of care and support from our dedicated team of trained carers.

We recognise the importance of family carers wellbeing and we can support that by providing you with the break you need in order for you to continue that most important role for your loved one. Respite can be pre-planned and booked with our operations team and can be a single call, reoccurring visits or even Live-in care.

There may also be times when emergency respite is needed if you are unwell or if you need to leave your loved one for an extended period, overnight perhaps, Key 2 Care can provide that emergency cover and respite for you and your loved ones.

What people say about us!

We have a track
record of providing
exceptional care.
Don't just take our
word for it!

Over the past two years, my nan used 3 different care agencies, but this one without a shadow of a doubt is the most compassionate of them all. The carers arrive on time, of course, and they genuinely go above and beyond to ensure that my nan is not only cared for but also entertained - I've walked in on a sing-along once before! Credit where credit is due - you are all fantastic, thank you!
