Our Training Academy

Key 2 Care Ltd are proud to  be registered with the Education and Skills Funding Agency to deliver further training and education within the Health and Social Care Sector to our team of Care Professionals.

What this means is that Key 2 Care can deliver four levels of diploma internally, through our own in-house team of trainers and assessors and in partnership with Highfields.

Our Training Academy

Discover the benefits of internal professional development!

One of the driving factors behind gaining our training accreditation is to provide consistency of learning and development for our team of Care Professionals – in the past, we have experienced multiple changes in assessors provided by external training companies.
This has a negative effect on the learning experience, as when an assessor leaves an organisation, it takes time for the organisation to source and induct a replacement, meaning our learners are in limbo during this time and not making progress towards their qualification.
Once the new assessor has been assigned, it takes time for them to catch up on progress, and then the new assessor often adopts a different approach to that which the learner has become accustomed too, creating frustration and a less than positive experience for the learner.
Now, we will be able to provide that consistency by utilising our directly employed trainers and assessors to deliver the training, at a pace and in a style that is most beneficial to you, the learner, in order to give you confidence, support, motivation and the very best chance of achieving the qualification that you are working towards.
