Introducing palliative care

A focus on maintaining quality of life.

As our loved ones prepare to take the final life journey, it is important that they are treated respectfully and with dignity.

We at Key 2 Care are committed to ensuring that, during this emotional and worrying time, we can support your loved one sensitively and compassionately in line with personal wishes and choices.

Our carers are trained to deliver support quietly and without disruption to the customer or their family and will always gain permission before any personal care activity commences. Our carers will gently communicate with your loved one throughout their visit and will support them to remain comfortable, refreshed and safe.

We work closely with our health professionals and can request a GP visit on your loved one's behalf when needed.

We can be there for as long as you need us to be.

Over the past two years, my nan used 3 different care agencies, but this one without a shadow of a doubt is the most compassionate of them all. The carers arrive on time, of course, and they genuinely go above and beyond to ensure that my nan is not only cared for but also entertained - I've walked in on a sing-along once before! Credit where credit is due - you are all fantastic, thank you!
