As part of the recruitment process, we carry out comprehensive reference checks from previous employers, and will also request an enhanced criminal records check (DBS) from the Disclosure and Barring service. An offer of employment is subject to these being satisfactory.
We offer a vast array of quality training courses for our care team, equipping them with all of the skills they need to care with confidence. Some of these are mandatory which are refreshed regularly, but we also offer bespoke training in order to be able to support all our clients, whatever their needs.
We're on hand 7 days a week to offer support and guidance to everyone in the team both during office opening times and out-of-hours. We offer regular one-to-one supervisions and also meet up in teams to offer peer support, workshops and shared learning opportunities.
